Villa Los Pinos

Comprehensive work in Villa Los Pinos, which was built in the early twentieth century and is currently listed within the group of protected historic villas in the town of Benicasim.

In this modernist-style villa, we have carried out a comprehensive rehabilitation with the aim of consolidating and refitting the property, acting on structural elements, roofs, enclosures, carpentry, flooring, interior distribution and finishes.

In the outside layout, which is based on the design of a pineapple, slopes and tiers have been added, resulting in a spectacular finished product.
