Magnificent triplex in the centre of Valencia, with luxury finishes and stunning styles by the well-known interior designer, Reyes Beltrán.

OCN carried out the complete construction and product development of the entire property, from its finishes and final details to the kitchen, sauna, and bathrooms. Its contemporary style, yet with character and personality, is presented today as a luminous open-plan space with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling doors, draw a clean and clear architectural plan throughout, with details that show the marked personality of the structure—something that we can keep discovering while visiting the house.

Composed of three levels: the main living area was set on the first floor of the triplex, leaving the other two levels for alternative living rooms, leisure spaces, and work areas.
