Comprehensive refurbishment of the 36 homes of the Aparthotel Marynton in Benicarló. The building consisted of 28 flats and two open-plan, unbuilt areas in which we have built 8 more flats, making a total of 36 flats.
The property is a building for tourist flats for rent located on the beach of Benicarló. To prepare for the building’s sale, the new owner commissioned us to renovate the existing flats, build the new ones, and change the general installations and windows, paying special attention to the acoustics and the thermal insulation of the flats.
