La Marquesa Building
Comprehensive renovation of a historic building in Castellón, located on Calle Trinidad and accessible from Puerta del Sol.
The building has been reconverted into 54 studios for rent. To this end, the entire inside of the building has been demolished, leaving only the structure. The installations have been dismantled and the façade and roof have been kept intact.
The whole process has been managed through a development management formula where the client’s interests are looked after in a professional manner, thus securing the investment and saving time and costs.
