Ramón Esteve’s style really stands out in this project: this Mediterranean atmosphere that you think you can only feel, yet he manages to transform it into something tangible on an architectural level. You can appreciate both OCN’s flawless and distinctive execution and its product development process in every little detail that makes up the house, where we have taken even the smallest corner of the tiniest wardrobe into account. The project is high quality, making sure that all the details and style transmit the Mediterranean and cosmopolitan essence of the Turia River capital.

There is synergy in the finishing touches, plenty of space, and a living room that opens up to the kitchen, which is custom made from floor to ceiling in oak wood and with panelled electrical appliances. It also has a column for a microwave, an oven, and a wine cooler, and is complete with cabinets full of shelves at the top. It includes adjustable LED lighting and expansive windows that let light flood into every corner of the room. Other than the kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms, the entire floor is covered with 15mm-thick wooden flooring with a natural oak wood finish and a coloured phenolic base on top of the click-system insulating layer for subfloor radiant heating. In the bathrooms, the floor covering is made with large-format (150x300cm) porcelain stoneware tiles, using the Berna Acero Nature model by Urbatek.

OCN’s amazing and unique touch on the countertops, which are made of Krion (PORCELANOSA), will astound any viewer with its white design made from a 20mm-thick seamless slab, which allows for sinks to be integrated into it. The highlight of this particular design is the craftsmanship that has been carried out by several technicians to ensure that the mirror—which extends directly from the countertop and is backlit on the sides—is flush with the edges of the sink, which, together with the precise calculation to fit the taps onto the mirror itself, has resulted in a clean and elegant design that is really hard to beat.

The craftsmanship in all the wardrobes and the main dressing room is truly amazing. It includes several wardrobes, the main one with 5 doors, in stained, vertical-grain oak on the outside and a textile finish on the inside, extending from the floor all the way up to the ceiling. The handles are RAL lacquered and L-shaped. All of the wardrobes include interior sensor lighting, hidden skirting boards, and floor-to-ceiling doors, among other features that make each piece exclusive. When you have a design that is complemented by experience in its execution, each detail combines to form something incredible that really makes the final product unique, coming together to create incredible homes and spaces. The essence of Ramón Esteve can be seen in the design and the search for spaciousness without losing sight of the warmth provided by the rustic touch, something that is notably lacking in the urban and grey city centre.
