Complejo Habitat Hotel
We have completed work on 295 flats in the Alcocebre Habitat Complex, located on the beachfront of the coastal town.
On the one hand, we have worked to upgrade the flats’ habitability by supplying and installing new and improved air conditioning equipment. On the other hand, we have also completely refurbished a package of pilot flats, carrying out the whole process ourselves, including the refurbishment, the decision-making, and supplying and installing furniture, decorations, lighting, and kitchenware.
After the summer period, we will start on another package of flats to continue with the renovation process of the complex, which comprises more than 470 homes.
