Casalduch Building
OCN has carried out a complete conversion of this classic style building located on Avenida Casalduch, in the center of Castellón.
This project, within the scope of "Build to Rent" has consisted of the transformation of the building into 22 studios for short and long term rental.
To carry out this action, we have demolished the entire interior of the building and dismantled the facilities, maintaining the original facade and roof. In addition, we have preserved and rehabilitated the exterior ornamentation of the building, however, the patinas and colors have been updated.The entire process has been managed through the formula of delegated development, which allows us to take care of all aspects, ensure the quality of the project and offer full coverage. We are proud to have contributed to improving both the aesthetics of this historic building itself, as well as the architecture of the city to offer a new and comfortable rental solution.
