ACUAZUL - phase I

Comprehensive refurbishment of the Hotel Acuazul in Peñíscola, where work was carried out on 160 rooms, common areas, and the entire lower deck. The execution will be divided into two phases. The first phase includes the comprehensive refurbishment of 56 rooms, common areas, and also a social space located on the lower deck of the building.

The second phase, beginning in October 2019, consists of refurbishing the hotel’s remaining 104 rooms.

With this new hotel project, together with the new hotel we are building in Benicasim, we will have a total of more than 600 rooms executed in seven different hotels located in four different coastal towns.
